We are delighted to inform you that Diamonds International School will be celebrating
her Silver Jubilee this month. For the past two and a half decades, our school has stood
gallantly as a pillar of Academic excellence, Character building and Community
service. This milestone is not only a celebration of our achievements and those of our
wonderful children but also an opportunity to appreciate the unwavering support of
parents, guardians, staff and our corporate friends who have helped us to accomplish
the feats that we have recorded.
NOTE: Commemorative T-shirts will be available from next week for sale to
Parents and Friends of the house at a cost that will be communicated later.
The Anniversary celebrations are scheduled to hold as follows:
1. Date: Thursday, 16th October, 2025
Activity: Founder’s Day – Thanksgiving Service in the school hall for the entire
school community. There will not be formal teaching or learning on that day but the
school buses will pick up the children as usual. All pupils are to dress in their school
uniforms and Yellow shirts for the programme.
Time: 10am
2. Date: Tuesday, 28th October, 2025
Activity: Special Scholarship Eligibility Examination in the school.
Time: 9am – 12noon
3. Date: Wednesday, 29th October, 2025
Activity: Football tournament/league featuring the Diamonds Schools
and some selected schools.
Time: 9am
4. Date: Thursday, 30th October, 2025
Activity: Open Day – Extensive open day for parents, prospective
parents and friends of the School.
Time: 10am
5. Date: Friday, 31st October, 2025
Activity : ( i ) Cultural Day (10am)
( ii ) Teachers Appreciation Day (2pm)
6. Date: Saturday, 1st November, 2025
Activity: (i) Heart Alive (8am)
(ii) Diamonds Alumni Celebrity Hangout (1pm)

Parents, teachers and pupils converge in the school in their colourful sports wears and
commemorative T-shirts, march through the streets of the Estate and through Kingsway
Road. The exercise culminates in aerobic exercises in the school hall afterwards the
Alumni will converge at the hall for their camaraderie.

7. Date: Sunday, 2nd November, 2025
Activity: Speech & Award Ceremony / Grand Finale
Time: 2pm
This will be the final day of the celebration and all pupils will be expected to wear our
commemorative Ankara fabric (over skirts or trousers) for the ceremony.
2 (Two) yards each for the children and more yardage on request for Adults.
–The Ankara Fabric is now available for purchase now in the school. Kindly visit the
Finance Department for your copies.
The event will feature inspiring speeches, awards and opportunities to reflect on our
journey so far while projecting into a brighter future.
We warmly invite you to be part of this remarkable occasion. Corporate organizations
are also encouraged to partner with us through sponsorship or other forms of support,
as we mark this historic celebration.
